Any suggestions for the best GMAT prep test out there?

1

I’m thinking about getting my MBA and need to take the GMAT. There are many prep courses out there, but all I’m looking for is some quality practice tests and explanations. I’m having a hard time differentiating between all the different companies (Kaplan, Manhattan, etc..). Does anyone have tips on the best self study exams/programs out there?

I highly recommend taking the Kaplan prep course. I just took the GMAT this afternoon and scored 160 points higher than my diagnostic test 8 weeks ago. Kaplan is very much worth the money. The resources they provide are phenomenal….you get the live class, your book, a CD containing several workshops and practice tests, and an online syllabus, which contains several more workshops, quizes, lessons on demand and practice tests. Additionally, you’ll get the Ultimate Practice test which is pretty much taking the real thing at the testing center…but just for practice. I thought about trying to study on my own, but the class structure is a necessity if you don’t have the self-discipline. Spend the money and take a Kaplan Prep Course.
